Our room was well-equipped with climate control, a TV, and a microwave, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient, right in the heart of Jackson.

It was a good experience. I truly enjoyed the hotel, its big size room and affable staff. The location couldn't be more convenient in the middle of jackson.

Everything was spotless during 1 day, truly enjoyed its good and perfect location close to a decent restaurant that had a breakfast buffet and a quiet area and a local eatery. The staff were all outstandingly accommodating, and the room was nice and quiet with a king bed.

We were there for a volleyball tournament. This was the last hotel with rooms at the time of booking. Very clean. 1950-60 motor inn. The room was quiet with all the rooms booked when we checked in. The bed was ok comfortable, but not the Marriott. Shower was clean and roomy. Nice TV.
Not much to not like. The bed was a little on the hard side, but we have a pillowtop mattress at home. The A/C unit was directly under the curtains so the air circulation wasn't the best. There wasn't any other space to have the A/C though.

The gal at the front desk called and found us a room 20 miles away for the night
When we got there they didnt have a room for us because their computer had charged us for a room on the day I made the reservation

Staff was very nice, room seemed to be clean and it was very comfortable. I liked that when I complained about the comforter in the room I got had cigarette burns all on it I was given an upgrade in room. Good customer service.
I didn't like the fact that the bed in the first room I got, the comforter had cigarette burns throughout the whole comforter even though it was a no-smoking room.
